The mission statement found below is what all staff members of Paulding Junior High School
abide by in order to provide the best experiences possible for all students at Paulding Junior High.

Paulding Junior High School Mission Statement
The objective of Paulding Junior High School is to ensure the academic success and
emotional well-being of every student by focusing on the positives and eliminating the negatives.

Paulding Junior High School is comprised of roughly 300 students in grades 6,7, and 8. We have
a very dedicated staff that has a good mixture of veteran teachers and new teachers. The goal of
our staff is to challenge students daily to be the very best they can be academically, behaviorally,
emotionally, and socially.

In addition to an excellent classroom experience, Paulding Junior High School also gives
students several opportunities to be involved with activities outside of the classroom. Students at
Paulding Junior High School can be involved in Science Fair, Science Olympiad, Student
Council, Choir, Band, and many different athletic teams.
